As you first walk in, you find yourself in the lounge where you’ll notice 2-story high ceilings, a sumptuous banquette and an exposed brick structure.Whether you’re dropping in for cocktails, having a late-night dessert or simply waiting for a seat in the dining room, the bar & lounge is a beautiful space to spend time.At VELLUM, we view the happenings at the bar simply as an extension of the kitchen. Like the food, the cocktails at VELLUM are a seasonal affair.

Our bar, coffee and tea programs, in conjunction with our wine program, offer memorable beverages and can be integrated into the tasting menu pairings.The bar’s design was conceived by the ownership as a natural outcome of the restaurant’s architecture.

Each shelf of the bar has its own unique proportions; dark wooden paneling runs along the base of the bar, copper sheets line the bar top and the brass fastenings–which all come together and create the intimate space.
